Shipping policy
We have made shipping easy for our customers.
- Home delivery inside Copenhagen (Free shipping on order above 299kr.)
- Standard delivery: (3-14 weekdays) depends on country
- GLS delivery: (1 – 7 weekdays) depends on country
- Standard delivery can be home or package shop delivery based on shipping address. You can always request us for Home delivery with a small extra cost.
- For orders within Denmark that are not collected, a fee of DKK 109 will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the total order value is less than DKK 109, the full order amount will be deducted.
- For uncollected orders outside Denmark, return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund. These costs typically range between DKK 75–260 depending on the destination country.
