Ingredients:
Sodium chloride 80.8%, E102 (tartrazine) 18%, E129 (Allura Red AC) 1.2%.
Use: dilute 9g of powder in a liter of hot water and mix (if the color seperates during cooling, heat slightly and mix). This solution for 10ml contains 16.2mg of E102, 1.08mg of E129. Use a maximum of 10ml of solution for each kg of prepareed food. Follow these instructions to respect the concentration limits for food use required by law.
